Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If we are not helping you reach your goals, simply contact us and we will work with you to create a new custom orthotic. We will continue working with you for up to 6 months until you are satisfied. Not happy after the first year, just contact us and we will refund your order.

I live in Texas and it’s not easy for me to get orthotics. A few years ago I travelled 3 hours to Dallas to go see a doctor, and had to return 3 times to get fitted. I found Stride online a few months ago, and I’m so glad I did. The scan, and questionnaire, only took a few minutes. The gait analysis was cool too. I don’t think i’m going back to my old doctors.

As a nurse I am on my feet ALL DAY. I formerly went with Upstep but it really didn’t help my heel pain, and actually made it worse in the morning. My doctor recommended I try Stride Soles and slowly but surely, the pain has gone away. Every few years I’ve been schlepping to the podiatrist for my next pair of $800 orthotics. After he raised the price again, I just had enough. My friend had good results with you guys, so I decided to give it a try. The scanning was the same thing my old doctor was doing, and I liked the gait analysis part which they reviewed with me. The orthotic cost one tenth the price and feels better than my old one!

…I was moving cities, and had to continually be on my feet moving boxes. By the end of the day I was in so much pain. My cousin recommended I give Stride a try, and I have to say I'm very surprised at how well they work. The quiz and gait analysis seemed very professional and my orthotics arrived in a bit over a week. I'm actually going to get another pair for my golf shoes.

As someone who hates scheduling doctor’s appointments, I cannot say enough good things about Stride’s ordering process. The insole is not too rigid, or too soft, right in the middle, which is perfect for my shoes!

I was expecting something made out of solid plastic like what my podiatrist has done for me previously. I didn’t realize they could design orthotics to be super rigid in certain areas and super soft in others. They feel just absolutely incredible.
