Everything at the drug store is for flat feet, but my problem is that I have high arches. Sure enough, Stride makes insoles for it, so I gave it a shot. So happy I did!

Perfect for high arches! I have the opposite of flat feet, so really don’t need arch support. However, I do supinate quite aggressively. I went to a doctor for the problem, but they didn’t have much of a solution except going to a podiatrist. Unfortunately, I live in rural North Carolina, so it’s not easy to get to a podiatrist.

Luckily, I found Stride so I was able to do the whole thing at home. I just took that questionnare, scanned my feet, did that gait analysis thing and I was done. No doctor visit or annoying scheduling. This is one of my best purchases ever

Found Stride after they showed up at my local golf muni. They gave me a free pair, which I’m not sure I deserved, but o well. Lets see if it pays off.

I recently was told that I had a leg length discrepancy, which was actually a relief as I never knew why my foot was in pain. My right leg is actually one CM longer than my left!

I went to my chiro who recommended I check out Stride as they can directly fix for this issue. It’s really cool to see that the one orthotic is a lot thicker than the other.

I’ve been walking around for about a week and my hip pain is almost completely gone. I haven’t cried like this in a few years. It’s truly remarkable. I can’t believe I’ve been walking around for years with no idea what was wrong with me. Now I know and can go back to my every day life without pain.

Father time has not been nice to me. Hurts to even go up and down the stairs. Luckily I’ve found Stride which has been a game changer.

Before Stride Soles, my archs would get really sore on runs. My strategy generally was run for a mile then take a mile off. I don’t need to do that anymore.

Golf is a game that can really put you through a lot of pain. My knees were killing me every round. I ended up going with Stride’s as it seemed like nothing else would help me. So glad that I did. We will see if my second pair for pickleball helps as well.

PT here. When I’ve got a patient with a really bad case of Sesamoid I recommend Stride.

If you live in Evanston, definitely go see Alison over at DPT. Great product and women who has been selling these insoles to me. I used to get taped but it would only last a few days before falling off. This is much better.
