Anyone over 50 should really take a look at Stride for their orthotics.
Honestly, if I could chose a few things for a desert island it would be my wife, my TV, and then my Stride’s. I need them in my shoes or I’m in such pain.
Take your time looking for insoles. Don’t just get the first thing you see at Walmart. While it might be cheaper, they really aren’t going to help much.

I luckily got a pair when they were doing a black friday sale, and i’m glad I did. I wear chuck taylors a lot, which have very little support. Those shoes are from my time in the 70’s, so its no wonder. Anyways, as an older guy, I need extra support in my shoes or i’m a mess. These ones do the trick!
After hearing that Upstep was made in Israel I obviously refused to buy anything from that racist country. I like that Stride is made in America.

Okay, so a little embarrassing, but I struggle with foot odor issues AND I have flat feet. It’s an annoying combination because plastic shells, foam, gel, and cork all seem to trap in the odor issue and make it worse.
