These insoles are not like Dr. Scholl’s. They will not feel great when you first put them in. That’s how you know they are working though, apparently. I’m no doctor but the logic makes sense to me.
Second pair of Stride Soles and I’m so happy! Love my new insoles again.
My cycling cleats were crazy uncomfortable and felt like I was stepping on concrete. Stride has given me some cushion which I needed. I guess I have less power transfer but that’s ok.
