I have really high arches and my feet are always sore, so finding good orthotics has always left my dissipointed. However, once I got my Stride orthotics things have changed for the better. On the good side, I really like the deep heel cup which give me support for the ball of my foot. It kinda feels like my foot is getting hugged.

I like how this orthotic has multiple layers to help with shock absorbsion. My back has never felt better.

Best yet is these orthotics are actually made for my feet and shoes, so I don’t need to do any trimming. They came perfectly the right size.

On the down side, I’ll say that these insoles aren’t as cheap as the ones you might get at a department store. It’s still worth the investment for me, but maybe not for every body. Also, these orthotics do take some time to break in. It probably takes 4-5 hours before you really start to notice a difference.

The only orthotics that have been able to help my bunions feel better. I was so sick of those harness things from Walgreens.

These fit perfectly and I didn’t need to trim anything down. I have pretty bad heel pain, I think plantar fasciitis? These really made the pain go away. I owe Stride a lot.

I am a nurse and stand for a majority of my day. A few months ago, my foot fatigue got a lot worse, and my PCP said I likely had a heel spur. She recommended Stride as I didn’t want to schedule an appointment with a podiatrist. I couldn’t be happier with the insoles.

Where do I begin? Maybe at the top. Stride is such a great orthotic. I used to have such pain in my heel that my grandkids used to think I had rocks in my shoes. Well, not anymore. It’s like I’m floating on air now. Well, not really, but at least the pain isn’t as bad.
