Get yourself a pair of Strides. They sold out last month so I know they don’t stay around forever.
Maybe the cheapest custom orthotics on the market. Really great product, fixed my pain really quick.

I just emailed them and they immediately came back with a link for me to use. The whole process of ordering again only took maybe 10 minutes, tops. This definitely beats setting up appointments with my norml physio. Plus I think the price is something like one third that of a clinic.
Superb fit. I use these ones in my hiking shoes and I really feel a lot better. I have pretty bad plantar fasciitis, especially in the morning hours but it’s started to go away.

The first pair they sent didn’t fit well in my cycling shoes. They were super nice though and sent me a second pair at no cost, so now I have two pairs.
I was on the fence between Stride and going back to my podiatrist, but i’m so glad I decided to go with Stride. The orthotics were about half the cost but are virtually the same. Really cool that it has my name on the bottom as well.
