I am a nurse and stand for a majority of my day. A few months ago, my foot fatigue got a lot worse, and my PCP said I likely had a heel spur. She recommended Stride as I didn’t want to schedule an appointment with a podiatrist. I couldn’t be happier with the insoles.

Where do I begin? Maybe at the top. Stride is such a great orthotic. I used to have such pain in my heel that my grandkids used to think I had rocks in my shoes. Well, not anymore. It’s like I’m floating on air now. Well, not really, but at least the pain isn’t as bad.

My son went to the Cincinatti Children’s hospital and they set him up with some Strides. Great little product. Really glad I found them.

Dr. PT Elsa Gould sold me a pair of these a few months ago. I basically just go with whatever she says, and these have done wonders for me.

Dr. Rico fitted me for a pair and they fit great in my Hoka’s. Ankle is feeling a whole lot better!

I was told by my phisio that I was really pronating my feet, and he recommendd I go to a podiatrist for orthotics. I found Stride online instead. The process is really legit and professional I’m all about tele-medicine so I’m glad I never had to go into the office.
