Questions & answers

Is this really doctor quality?

Yes! And in many ways better. The 3D imaging system on smartphones is exactly what is used in podiatry clinics every day to scan feet for custom orthotics. Because only the front camera is capable of using this technology, clinicians need awkward angles or mirror attachments to capture scans. However, we have found that letting the patient scan their own feet is more ergonomic and gets better results. Also, you can do it yourself, at home! Of course, your scans will be reviewed by trained clinicians on our end and also be put through AI processing to ensure the absolute best fit.

What types of foot conditions can your custom orthotics help with?

Our custom orthotics can help with a variety of foot conditions, including plantar fasciitis, flat feet, high arches, hallux valgus, Morton's neuroma, bunions, overpronation, and metatarsalgia. They also can relieve pain from pressure centers on your feet and improve athletic performance through posture and alignment correction. Simply tell us what condition you have and our podiatrists will build your orthotic for your condition. If you don't know what you have (if anything), your foot images and intake form will help us determine the proper adjustments to get your optimal fit.

Is 3D scanning legit?

Yes. The technology is American Podiatric Medical Association certified. You can test it out yourself by conducting a free scan on our site.

How long does it take to receive my custom orthotics?

Once you've completed the scanning process, our team will create your custom orthotics and send them out within 2 business days. Most shipments arrive in 1-2 weeks.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 180-day money-back guarantee on all our custom orthotics. If you're not satisfied with the fit or performance, you can return them for a full refund.

Can I clean my custom orthotics?

Yes, you can clean your custom orthotics with mild soap and water. Avoid using harsh chemicals or soaking them in water.

How do I know if your orthotics will fit me correctly?

Our scanning process is designed to ensure accurate measurements and a proper fit for your custom orthotics. If you're not satisfied with the fit, we offer a 180-day money-back guarantee.

Can I wear your custom orthotics in all types of shoes?

Yes! In our post-scan questionnaire, simply tell us what type of shoe you want your orthotics to fit in and we will design them accordingly. From sneakers, soccer shoes, flats, and even heels, we have you covered.

How long will it take for orthotics to relieve my pain?

Different foot conditions respond at different speeds to orthotic correction. Our cushioned lining and arch support should provide immediate relief for most causes of pain. However, during the corrective process, under-activated muscles and tissues in your feet may cause some initial soreness as your body begins to restore their function. Don't worry, this is completely normal!
