It definitely takes some time to get used to. Kinda feels like you are off balance at first. Overtime you’ll not want to walk without your Stride Soles.

My feet have been hurting for years! Pain in the arch of my foot, “met” pads as the doctor said, and even in my upper back. I had 3 steroid injections which didn’t work so this was really my last resort. I can say that they have helped tremendously!

Stride was exactly what I needed for the pain here. The orthotics off-loaded the pressure from that hot spot, which has made the pain go down signifigantly. I’m not sure if it’s permanent but so far so good.

Not sure if these are insoles or orthotics, but I do know that these are great products.

The first pair felt pretty good, but were just too wide for my Ski boots. They said they made orthotics specifically for my boots, so I took them up on the offer. I’m really glad I did!

Just the best. I’m on pair number three after getting Strides for my flats and running shoes. It’s so cool how they change to fit in my different shoes but still end up feeling equally amazing.
