I used to be a competitive runner back in my day, but I was recently diagnosed with an illness that left my body quite weak. Walking more than a few steps would hurt.
After getting my Stride orthotics, the pain has really gone away. I’m now much more active and really have no problem walking hours around my neighborhood. I feel like Stride has given me my freedom back. For that I am truly thankful

My wife got me a pair for my birthday. I must admit that the whole scanning the foot thing seemed like a scam. However, when they finally did come the orthotics were really great. I loved it 100%.
For the number of Dr. Scholl’s pairs I’ve bought and destroyed within 6 weeks, the price for Strides is so worth it. My first pair is two years old and still going strong.
I apprecate Dr. Zac helping me through the whole process. I had a question about how Stride would help with my Flat Feet, and Zac was able to explain everything in a very calm way. He gave me confidence the product would work, but also that there would be reimbursements just in case.
Initially they did hurt a bit as I broke them in. Stride did mention this was a common reaction, so I wasn’t too upset when it happened to me. I know that these orthotics reposition my feet, so be ready to have a few days of uncomfortable walking.

I’ve had these orthotics for a few weeks now and I am a full fan girl now. My OBGYN recommended them to me as a way to get that support I need, but that would actually fit in my shoes.
At first I tried them in my Nike dunks. The existing insole wouldn’t come out, so I just put my Stride’s on top. My feet had a little less room, but overall it was fine.
Just a few months ago, my nerve was in such pain I could barely tie my own shoes or walk across the room. Now my shifts are so much easier, and I don’t have to take sitting breaks.
The best part is my Dr. Martin boots. I have been trying for the better part of a year to break them in, and I have the foot scars to show for it. I put them in my boots, and instantly my feet didn’t slide around as much. It was as if all my troubles could slip away for that moment. My apple watch told me I walked 6 miles yesterday. All of which was without pain.
I’ve been kind of putting up with it for the better part of my life, but it look a day with the park with my grandkids where I just had to sit on the bench that I became fed up and decided to do something about it.
I got the Stride custom series orthotics, which they claim to be the same as the orthotics which you’d get from a podiatry office. From what it seems, that is true. The orthotic is of a strong plastic material with some sort of foam on top. They definitely feel sturdy and they could last a long time.
