I’ve been suffering from Achilles tendonitis on just my right side and a painful bunion on my left. I was a bit curious what the insoles would “look like,” especially since I tried Upsteps and they looked identical.
This is my second pair of Stride orthotics. I liked the first pair, but after a year or so they top layer started to fade. They immediately sent another pair, which I was greatful for.
I work security so I’m on my feet A LOT. I have been wearing some ugly dad shoes as they were the only ones my feet didn’t hurt in. Glad I found Stride which has really helped me. I’m back to wearing my boots and feel myself again.
Stride works! Like 100% works. I wish I could jump through the computer and tell everyone!
Great Xmas gift. Bought a pair for my dad and he is very greatful.
My 15-year-old has had flat feet since he was 10, and it was just impossible to find time for me to take him to the podiatrist every year as his feet kept growing. I found out about Stride Soles from a friend and am only mad I didn’t hear about them sooner. I would have saved so much time and money not having to take time off of work and drive him all over creation.
I have been looking everywhere for orthotics for my cycling shoes. I tried Upstep, but they didn’t fit at all, and then they made me go through an incredibly annoying return process. I told myself I would just go to the podiatrist for my next custom pair, but then my physical therapist told me about Stride.
It took me a while to realize that my foot pain was due to a lack of support in my shoes. I think i’ve gone through enough youtube and instagram videos to realize that this much is true. However, what’s my solution? Where do I go? I have a friend who is a PT over in Rhode Island, so I decided to go there and see what they recommended. The PT had me scan my feet using her phone and then do some awkward gait analysis thing. I didn’t really know what was going on, to be honest. However, I do know that it worked wonders. The pain went away in my arch and i’m back to playing pickleball. I don’t know how else I can thank you outside of writing this review and telling my husband and anyone who asks about you guys.
Stride is a flat arch persons superhero!
I have really flat feet and finding something for my pain has been a never ending side quest in my life. I finally decided to pay the money to get Stride’s after seeing all of their Instagram ads, and i8217;m really glad that I did.
Good: Really the arch support that my feet needed. None of those crappy off the shelf models, these ones really do the trick. They are super durable, as it’s been over a year now with no pain.
Bad: The only thing is it took me about a week to break in. I wore them one hour the first day, then 2 hours the next. By day three it was feeling better so I just kept them in my shoes. I haven’t taken them out again! Thank you, Stride team!
Go with these over insoles!
If you have any condition like flat feet or plantar fasciitis, this is the way to go! They actually look into your issues as opposed to just being one size fits all like other products. I really liked how they had doctors who review every pair and make sure you are taken care of. Dr. Zac was really nice and helped me out with any questions I had.
