Stride is a flat arch persons superhero!

I have really flat feet and finding something for my pain has been a never ending side quest in my life. I finally decided to pay the money to get Stride’s after seeing all of their Instagram ads, and i’m really glad that I did.

Good: Really the arch support that my feet needed. None of those crappy off the shelf models, these ones really do the trick. They are super durable, as it’s been over a year now with no pain.

Bad: The only thing is it took me about a week to break in. I wore them one hour the first day, then 2 hours the next. By day three it was feeling better so I just kept them in my shoes. I haven’t taken them out again! Thank you, Stride team!

Go with these over insoles!

If you have any condition like flat feet or plantar fasciitis, this is the way to go! They actually look into your issues as opposed to just being one size fits all like other products. I really liked how they had doctors who review every pair and make sure you are taken care of. Dr. Zac was really nice and helped me out with any questions I had.

I like the whole German engineering part. Feels like I’m buying my BMW again 🙂

Thank you so much Stride for helping me walk again! I have diabetes and get really bad neuropathy on the bottom of my feet. I got a pair of Stride’s which have the little bumps on the bottom. I’m already getting better feeling in the bottom of my feet! I highly recommend to anyone else who has neuropathy and isn’t satisfied with the current solutions.

It’s been about 5 years since I left the military and for the last two I’ve been struggling with plantar fasciitis pain. Getting out of bed was really always the worst part of my day as I knew some sharp pain was coming to my heel.

With Stride i’ve been blown away. Within maybe 5 days of wearing them I could walk around without limping. Then in a bout a month the pain completely went away.

In all honesty, I had no idea what to expect when I first purchased my orthotics from Stride. I’ve had this foot arthritis for what seems like forever, and nothing ever seems to work. I put the Stride’s in my On shoes, which seemed like the best bet, and wow! The pain I had was gone pretty darn quickly.

The great thing is the app is so easy to use. I loved that I didn’t need to take trips to the doctors office. I just did everything from my home. Here is a little trick too, if you need a room with good lighting, go to the bathroom! It first didn’t work in my kitchen so then that’s where I went.

After wearing Stride for a few months, I’ve noticed an improvement in my heel pain. My foot feels much more cushioned and supported. The pain isn’t 100% gone, but it’s definitely an improvement from where it was before.

If you have plantar fasciitis you should give Stride a try. They know a lot about the condition and were able to help me instantly.

I work at the airport and am my feet all day. Dr. Scholls was working ok, but they really only last a few hours before the pain is back. Stride lasts the whole day and I’m back to moving luggage like it’s 1990 again. Thank you!
