I highly recommend getting Stride Soles if you have any knee pain.
I had seen other custom options online, but this was the only one where there’s actually a podiatrist that reviews my information. It’s clearly the difference. My custom orthotics have been far superior to any other option I’ve tried in the past 10 years.
Time heals all… well that’s not the case with foot pain. It took me to find Stride before I got it fixed.
I have been wearing my Stride soles for about a year now. I have tried other brands of orthotics, even other types of insoles but nothing seems to do the trick like Strides. For me, it’s the quality they put into every pair that sets them apart. I got to talk to their head of design, Dominik, who was super knowledgeable about orthotics. I could tell he had been working in the industry for many years. I was initially nervous that the pair wouldn’t fit in my shoe, but he assured me it wouldn’t be a problem. He was right and I haven’t looked back since.
When they arrived and I was able to see the specific profile of my toes designed 3D into the orthotic, I was so excited to try them on. I was NOT disappointed. I can’t even describe how good they feel.
While good, they do take some time to get used to
If you have very high arches, like I do, it might not be ideal at first, but give it some time.
Pain relief is fantastic, but just give it some time. At first it could be uncomfortable because of how it drastically repositions your foot, but remember that this is only for maybe the first week, and then it’ll go away.
Out of the nice box they send, the quality seems really high. There is some nice cushion on top, not really memory foam, as it’s harder and more durable. After lots of wear, everything seems to be holding up quite nicely. Remember that it is a bit thicker, so maybe don’t wear them for totally shallow shoes?
Sometimes I feel like Jesus Christ himself has recommended Stride to me. One of the better purchases I made.
I bought a pair because my arch is really low, often making my feet hurt. These insoles give my foot more cushion so it doesn’t hurt as much when I step.

Strides are the best! You should put a kiosk in CVS.
